Verification of enrolment - Domestic students
If you are a domestic student and need a verification of enrolment (VOE), you must be registered for courses before requesting it. If you are accepted to a vocational program and have received your class schedule via email, you are eligible for a VOE.
You can obtain your letter of enrolment by logging into your myOkanagan account or by emailing the registration office. All verifications of enrolment are sent to your preferred email address as a PDF.

Can my VOE be emailed to my parents or to my RESP provider?
All VOE鈥檚 are emailed to the student who can then forward it to their parents or RESP financial institution.
Can my parents request my VOE?
No, 91探花 requires the student's consent (release of information) on file, in accordance with college policy. Under the FIPPA, staff may not release personal information such as your student record or registration to anyone other than you without your consent.
Can you fax, or can I come pick up my VOE?
All verifications of enrolment (VOEs) are processed through the college's banner system and then emailed to the student's preferred email address. We do not offer fax or pickup options.
My RESP organization provided me with a form to be signed by the registrar. How can I get this filled out?
The form must be submitted to the office of the registrar or campus administration office. If the form requires the student to be attending, it cannot be processed until after the first two weeks of the program. Please allow time for processing.
What is the process for background checks for former or current 91探花 students?
All background checks are verified through the office of the registrar or enrolment services assistants. Requests should be emailed; please ensure the students consent, full name (at the time of attendance), dates attended, birthdate and student number are included.
