1. Access your online tools and resources
is the main portal to access web-based information like student records, course schedule and email. Check your account summary (student records > account) and course schedule (student records > registration) and confirm your class locations if you are in an on campus class. You will also find student email in your myOkanagan account.

From logging into Moodle on your first day or using Blackboard Collaborate for your classes, we are here to help navigate how to use these online tools. View information about each of the tools below.
One-stop shop for access and information
MyOkanagan is the main portal to access web-based College services like student records, course schedule, the 91̽ wireless network and email. You can connect to Moodle through this portal
Where online learning happens
Moodle is the College’s software package designed to help teachers easily create online courses – and students can access course materials from anywhere at any time.
How to access it:
- On the website, click on the red arrow on the top-right of the page to open the action centre, click on the "Moodle" button on the left hand side
- Through myOkanagan, click on “Moodle” on top-right corner of the page
How to login:
- Enter your 91̽ email address - this is usually firstname.lastname@myOkanagan.bc.ca.
- Note: If there are multiple students with the same first/last name, subsequent usernames will have a numeric digital added after the lastname; such as firstname.lastname1@myOkanagan.bc.ca
- Once logged in, you will see your courses. Select the one you wish to enter.

Software access so you can be successful
IT Services has created a new service for students to access software they may not have available to them at home. This is done through Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. Students can watch this for more information about how to log in to access software while learning remotely. The service allows students to access software listed in the general pool .
