Application assistance

Prospective students need to apply via application service for the first step in their application process. Sign up or Login to your EducaitonPlanner BC account to get started! Find your path at EducationPlanner BC, here’s how: 

Step by step instructions

Step 1: Create a new account 

• Click the blue “Sign up for your EducationPlannerBC account”
• Fill in the required information on the page. You can choose to create an account using your email address or by linking to your BC services card.  
• Once your account has been created, a “Confirm account” email will be sent to the email address listed on your account. You must click “Confirm your account” to verify the account.  
• Your account must be confirmed before you are able to submit an application. 
   

Step 2: Complete application  

• This includes completing your profile, selecting an institution, selecting a program and adding in any additional information required for your program you are applying to.  
   

Step 3: Review and submit 

• Go over any final edits before submitting. Once you submit, you will no longer be able to make changes to your application.

Can I change a submitted application?  
No, you cannot. Once you submit, the information is sent directly to the institution to be added to their student records system. Contact the school directly to make changes. Send an email to admissions@okanagan.bc.ca be sure to include your name, program you applied for and student number in the subject of the email. 

How do I submit my transcripts and additional admission documents? 
Students who graduated from a B.C. high school should refer to the in order to request high school transcripts.  
You can also reach out to the office of the registrar of administration office at your campus for further assistance.  
 

What does it mean if the intake I wanted to apply is no longer an option? 
This means 91̽�� has received enough applications to fill the program and have closed application. Please check the website for additional intake dates if applicable.
