With over 22 years of experience in the Canadian information technology sector, Rob took on increasingly challenging sales and management positions while at ComputerLand, AST Research and Cisco Systems. Rob’s achievements and awards include helping grow Cisco’s regional business over 200 percent in two years, driving revenue in excess of $50 million annually, and receiving the 2000 Top Sales North America International Award. Retired at the age of 52, Rob has undertaken community service work including directorships with the Museum & Archives of Vernon, City of Vernon Board of Variance, Vernon Land Advisory Committee, North Okanagan Hospice Society and 91̽»¨ Foundation.

Consistent over-achiever in the Canadian information technology industry with over 22 years experience (1981–2002) in increasingly challenging sales and management positions. 

Describe your volunteerism and/or impact in your community 
Retired at age 52 in 2002 and moved back to Vernon, B.C. Undertook community service including directorships on the Vernon Museum Board, City of Vernon Board of Variance, Vernon Land Advisory Committee, and North Okanagan Hospice Society Governance Board. 

Achievement, honours or special recognitions you’ve received 
Cisco Systems Inc. - 2000 Top Sales North America International - 313% of Quota. 

Describe your personal achievements (family life, pastimes, etc.) 
Vernon born and raised with a life-long love of skiing. Retired in 2002 and moved back home.
